Library Endowments and Special Funds The great libraries at Harvard, Yale, Princeton and other universities have many endowments and special funds which provide annual income for purchase of important new books. The Georgetown library is seeking endowments and special funds for the following:
Library Associates who wish to assist in the establishment of an endowment or special fund for any of the above (or any other appropriate topic) should contact the University Librarian Joseph E. Jeffs for a copy of endowment and special funds plans and information about procedures. Thanks The Board of Trustees of the Associates is pleased and grateful that so many alumni, faculty, students, and friends of Georgetown have demonstrated such enthusiasm and generosity in organizing and establishing the Library Associates. The beneficiaries of your devoted interest and assistance are the many thousands of Georgetown students, faculty, alumni, friends and others who use our library every day.
