Graham Greene and Evelyn Waugh

The acquisition of correspondence from Evelyn Waugh to Graham Greene and a large number of Graham Greene papers gives the library a unique opportunity to develop strong collections of the work of these two outstanding English Catholic writers. Associates who have books, letters or other material by Greene or Waugh are invited to contribute such to Georgetown. We need translations into foreign languages, anthologies containing their writings, and periodicals with articles and stories by Greene and Waugh. Associates having such items are invited to contact the Special Collections librarian, George M. Barringer, by letter or phone to discuss arrangements by which gifts can be made.
