Historical Map Collection

Lt. Col. John A. Ey, Jr. (Retired) of Frederick, MD, has donated a collection of 43 folio maps of France and Italy. Printed during the period of 1695-1744, they are by some of the best known cartographers of the period: Jaillot, de Fer, de l'Isle, Nolin, Guerard and Placide Augustin de Chausse. Each map averages 21" x 30", and most are outlined in color.
