Associates Annual Meeting

The 1977 annual meeting of Associates is being planned for Saturday, June 4. The Associates Board of Trustees will meet during the afternoon and the membership meeting will convene at 8 p.m. in the Pierce Reading Room. The agenda will include a report by Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Honorable John W. Snyder, and University Librarian, Joseph E. Jeffs. The Archivist of the United States, Dr. James B. Rhoads, has been invited to be the guest speaker, and he will talk on the United States presidency. There will be a special exhibit in the Howard W. Gunlocke Special Collections Room displaying letters, manuscripts, documents and books of the Presidents of the United States from the Georgetown University Library Collection.

All Associates will be invited to this meeting and guests are welcome. Invitations will be mailed in May. Please note June 4 on your calendar.
