Lepgold Gift

A gift of music from the estate of Prof. Joseph Lepgold will greatly enhance the library's collections. Prof. Lepgold's sister, Dr. Edith Lepgold, presented the library with approximately 1,500 classical music CDs, collected over the professor's lifetime. These CDs will become the core of the Prof. Joseph Lepgold Memorial Music Collection.

The Walsh School of Foreign Service and the Department of Government have established the Georgetown Book Prize in International Relations and the Lepgold Distinguished Lecture Series in Professor Lepgold's honor.
