Associates Annual Meeting

The 1978 annual meeting of Associates is planned for Saturday, May 20. The Associates Board of Trustees will meet during the afternoon and the general membership meeting will begin at 8 p.m. in the Pierce Reading Room of the Joseph Mark Lauinger Memorial Library. The agenda will include a report on Associates progress during the past year. The guest speaker, Gene Basset, editorial cartoonist of Scripps-Howard Newspapers, will give an illustrated historical presentation on the American political cartoon. Mr. Basset has given to the library several examples of his cartoons and important material he used for reference and research. A reception for Associates will follow.

All Associates are invited to attend this meeting and guests are welcome.
