In October the Library Associates, in conjunction with the Carnegie Institution, hosted a lecture and book signing with Sean Carroll, author of The Making of the Fittest. Mr. Carroll is a geneticist at the University of Wisconsin’s Laboratory of Genetics/Howard Hughes Medical Institute. In his new book, Mr. Carroll discusses evolution in light of recent advancements in the field of genetics.
