De Gruyter will be preparing to migrate into a new server infrastructure in order to improve access and performance of the De Gruyter Online platform and its content.
The planned date for the shift is July 31, 2014 (9:00am EDT/ 15:00 CEST). While some customers may experience slight delays in seeing the new platform, the transition should not cause any disruption in service, and already-purchased content can be accessed as normal, without any delays or loss of availability.
Please note, however, that due to technical requirements, a content freeze will be in effect from July 24-31. This means that no new content will be uploaded onto the De Gruyter website during that time - new books and journals published with De Gruyter during this period will be updated to the website after August 1st.
