Graduate Carrel Application Form

Graduate students will be assigned a carrel, when space is available, in the following order of priority:

Please choose your current student status:
1. Doctoral student registered for thesis research  2. Masters student (in programs without doctoral degrees) registered for thesis research  3. Doctoral candidate preparing for scheduled FINAL comprehensive exam.  4. Doctoral candidate taking at least nine hours of course work 

NOTE: If you are a doctoral candidate preparing for a scheduled FINAL comprehensive exam, a note from your department confirming that you have completed the course work or is in the last semester of course work AND supplying the exam date is REQUIRED.

In order to accommodate the greatest number of students it is necessary that graduate carrels be shared.

Please prioritize below what time block you would prefer:
1st Choice
Weekday mornings (Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)  Weekday afternoons (Monday - Friday 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)  Weekday evenings (Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - close) and all day Saturday and Sunday 

2nd Choice
Weekday mornings (Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)  Weekday afternoons (Monday - Friday 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)  Weekday evenings (Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - close) and all day Saturday and Sunday 

3rd Choice
Weekday mornings (Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)  Weekday afternoons (Monday - Friday 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)  Weekday evenings (Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - close) and all day Saturday and Sunday
