»New Loan Period for ABD Doctoral Students

Lauinger and Blommer Libraries have extended the loan period for doctoral students in the thesis writing stage of their degree to one semester rather than six weeks. All books borrowed now, in January, will be due May 15, 2007. Books will need to be physically returned or renewed at the end of each semester.

Books checked out Fall 2006 semester will need to be physically checked in and checked out to get the May 2007 due date. Please contact an Access Services Supervisor at 687-7607 if you run into any problems as we transition to this new policy.
