Assistance Line
The Classroom
Assistance Line [CAL] is a dedicated phone line for real-time
assistance with classroom technology. Eight campus phones in
the corridors of classroom buildings link directly to CAL (no
number
to dial).
Or, faculty or students may call (202) 687-0131 from any phone.
CETS staff
and student assistants will provide assistance by phone if possible,
or will dispatch staff to your classroom. For classroom problems
outside the control of CETS (computer servers or networks, HVAC,
room access, room scheduling conflicts, noise disturbance, etc.)
CETS will relay your problem to the appropriate GU personnel.
