Student
Employment Opportunities
CETS employs approximately 25 student assistants each semester. Student
assistants work 10 to 20 hours per week with hours tailored to their
academic schedules. Duties include setting up a-v equipment and computers
in main campus classrooms, training students how to use classroom
technology, answering phones, and taking requests from patrons. Previous
work experience of any kind is desirable. Knowledge of a-v, video,
and computer equipment is helpful. If Georgetown University students
are interested in working for CETS or have questions about employment
opportunities, they should call Peter Brennan
or come to the CETS service desk in ICC 121.
