Institute and Conference Services
Year-round Service: CETS provides year-round Workshop,
Institute and Conference Services (WICS) in multiple-media
classrooms, where technology is permanently
installed.
The Spring and Fall Academic Terms 2007 through 2008 are as follows:

January 9, 2008 through May 10, 2008 |

August 27, 2008 through December 18, 2008 |

January 7, 2009 though May 09, 2009 |
During the Spring and Fall Academic Terms, CETS will provide WICS only
in multiple media classrooms, in the ICC
Auditorium and Galleria, and through portable equipment which patrons
must pick-up from, and
return
to, ICC 121.
There is no CETS delivery of portable equipment
to classrooms and seminar rooms for WICS during the Fall and Spring
Academic Term.
