The Islamic & Middle Eastern Studies Bibliographer selects for and
develops those collections and provides reference
assistance for materials which treat the Middle East (the Arab world, Iran,
Israel, and Turkey) and the Islamic world, in addition to acquisitions and
cataloging responsibilities for materials in Arabic and Turkish. She
also acts as the primary contact for the library at the McGhee
Center for East Mediterranean Studies in Alanya Turkey.
In addition, she is the Library's liaison to the African Studies and Central
Asian Studies programs.
