REV. PATRICK J. CORMICAN, SJ PAPERS

Cormican (Ireland 1858--unknown place and date, but after 1930 ) is represented in this collection by materials from only a very small part of his life. He was at Georgetown only 1923-1925, and these papers come from that period. The first half is poetry and the second pertains to his efforts as Georgetown's librarian to obtain information from an actress then still living who was playing Ford's Theater in April 1865, Jeannie Gourlay Struthers.
