Restoration of Federal Government E-Resources

With the end of the shutdown of the Federal Government today, October 17, 2013, most electronic resources managed by Federal agencies will again be updated or will have public access restored. At the time of this writing, a cursory search indicates that many government websites, including those managed by the Library of Congress, the Bureau of the Census, and the National Institutes of Health, have been restored for full public access.

Keep in mind that some agencies may take longer to restore access to all of their electronic assets.
