- Libraries & Spaces
On Tuesday, January 27, 2015 the Georgetown University Library, including the Lauinger Library, Lauinger Circulation Desk, Blommer Science Library, Booth Family Center for Special Collections, Gelardin New Media Center and Woodstock Theological Library, are open on their regular schedule.
The Library is offering orientation sessions for all graduate students on Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs). These orientation sessions provide an overview of the submission process for MA and PhD theses, explain the various submission options that are available on the ProQuest submission platform and highlight the effects these options will have on the distribution of a thesis. Because theses are meant to be publicly accessible documents, thesis writers must bear copyright concerns in mind.
Sessions will be held on Thursday, February 27 from 3 to 4 pm and Thursday, March 6 from 11 am to noon.
