Explore the new, cutting-edge Booth Family Center for Special Collections at the campus open house!

Not sure what special collections are? Wondering how you can use these rare and unique items in your own research or classes? Interested in seeing the inside of this state-of-the-art Center? Or just want to see some of the Library’s greatest treasures? Stop by the open house, grab a cupcake and check it out!

Staff will be on hand to talk about the new Center and answer questions. In addition, the inaugural exhibition of some of the greatest items added to the collection since 2000 will be up in all the fifth floor exhibition spaces, with staff available to talk about the items and how you can use them. See the first Bible printed in the New World, the first edition of Tom Sawyer, a letter written by Abraham Lincoln, and more!

Everyone is welcome to come explore this new space, dedicated to the teaching and research of Georgetown faculty and students. Stop by!
