Requests need to be made at least three working days in advance from the desired date and time of consultation.

Due to staff schedules, Gelardin cannot typically offer consultations on Saturday or Sunday, or before 10:00 am / after 5:00 pm during the week.

While we will make every effort to schedule you during your preferred times, we cannot guarantee that a staff member will be able to meet with you during those times. If we cannot accommodate your preferred times we will contact you for alternate availability.
