Library Impact Assessment Timetable
All ITEL proposals must include a Library Impact Assessment, in accordance with the timetable below. The purpose of the Impact Assessment is to outline the projected demand for library services, equipment, and materials. This information will help the grant reviewers determine funding requirements and will aid library staff in preparing to meet new resource demands.

Feb 15, 2013 |
Faculty completes the Library Impact Assessment Form and submits with Preliminary Proposals. |

Feb 28 |
Library staff will contact proposers if there are questions to resolve about the impact assessment. |
|
Mar 15 |
Final Impact Assessment must be submitted with Full Proposal. |
|
April 5 |
At funding, proposers work with librarians to specify follow-on resource needs. |

May 1 |
Funding period begins. |

Levels II and III Proposals [including MOOCs] |

Proposers meet with Library Team to articulate needs for new programs. |

Feb 15 |
