Human Genome Variation

Nature Publishing Group and the Japan Society of Human Genetics are collaborating to launch a new journal – Human Genome Variation. The journal was born from a demand by the community for a place to publish important discoveries, observations and analysis about research on the human genome. Published on nature.com to the highest standards, Human Genome Variation will provide a fully peer-reviewed Open Access journal publishing the full suite of article types.

Horticulture Research

Horticulture Research is a new Open Access, fully peer-reviewed journal which will publish the best and most interesting research focusing on all major horticultural crops from around the world.
The Journal will cover basic and fundamental research on, but not limited to, genetics, genomics and breeding, biotechnology, biochemistry, physiology, cellular and molecular biology, evolution, and environmental biology of horticultural plants. The journal also publishes News and Views on current events and hot topics in global horticultural fields.

Annual Review of Animal Biosciences

The Annual Review of Animal Biosciences places a particular emphasis on biotechnology, genetics, genomics, and breeding, as well as veterinary medicine, especially veterinary pathobiology, infectious diseases and vaccine development, and conservation and zoo biology. It is intended for scientists focused on wild and domesticated animal species, veterinarians, conservation biologists and geneticists.

Complimentary online access to volume 1 will be available until February 2014.

Genomics Data

Genomics Data publishes high quality and standardized reports summarizing results of microarray or sequencing studies in all types of organisms. The genomic and functional genomic data/results are intended to serve as points of record that are enriched with data generation strategies and methods, data QC metrics, data analysis process and algorithms, biological interpretation and conclusions. All articles will be peer-reviewed and verified by the editorial team.
