Comparative Migration Studies (CMS) is an international, peer-reviewed journal for comparative research in the field of migration, integration and ethnic studies. CMS distinguishes itself on the following points: An explicit comparative orientation. We believe that a focus on comparative research can promote the theoretical development of migration studies. This can involve various types of comparative studies (between countries, groups, levels, historical periods). A wide disciplinary angle.

Anuario Digital CEMI covers migration generally, migration policy and legislation, the Cuba-US migration issue., Cuban migrants worldwide and irregular migration, skilled migration, family, identity and gender considerations all relating to migration.

Journal on Migration and Human Security

The Journal on Migration and Human Security is a peer-reviewed public policy publication of the Center for Migration Studies (CMS). The journal’s theme of “human security” is meant to evoke the widely shared goals of creating secure and sustaining conditions in migrant sending communities; promoting safe, legal migration options; and developing immigration and integration policies that benefit sending and receiving communities and allow newcomers to lead productive, secure lives.
