The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), based in Harare, Zimbabwe,
is an independent, capacity-building institution established on February 9,
1991 through the collaborative efforts of three multilateral institutions
(the African Development Bank (AfDB), the World Bank, and the United Nations
Development Programme (UNDP)), African governments and bilateral donors.

ACBF Newsletter aims at providing news and facilitating the exchange of
ideas of ACBF¹s capacity-building interventions in Africa. The intention is
to share current experiences, concepts and methodological approaches;
encourage adoption of best practices; and promote a culture of informed and
participatory development management in Africa.

Published in English and French.
