The African Journal of Food Science (AJFS) provides rapid publication
(monthly) of articles in all areas of Food Science.
The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general
criteria of significance and scientific excellence. Papers will be published
approximately one month after acceptance. All articles published in AJFS
will be peer-reviewed.
African Journal of Food Science is available free of charge as an Open
Access journal on the Internet.
