Publisher: Child Health International

The African Journal of Paediatric Surgery aims to provide an interactive
forum for promotion of scientific education and exchange of ideas in
Paediatric Surgery, as well as medium for publishing health research both
within and outside Africa.

Emphasis will be given to child-related health problems and diseases
that are particularly prevalent on the African continent.

Published initially twice in a year, the journal welcomes high-quality
papers written in English, covering all specialties within the field of
Paediatric Surgery and related developments in child health.

Although emphasis is placed on matters related to Paediatric Surgery in
Africa in particular, the journal serves a wide range of international
audiences from medical researchers to specialized and general clinicians.
The journal therefore has a worldwide readership.

The African Journal of Paediatric Surgery publishes peer-reviewed original
articles, case reports, letters to the editor, editorials, review articles,
commentaries and special communications. It also serves as a medium for
publicizing meetings and news relating to advances in Paediatric Surgery and
child health.
