Ager: Revista de Estudios Sobre Despoblación y Desarrollo Rural is published once a year.

It is specialized in the research of depopulation processes, its causes, consequences and characteristics, and the best policies against these processes, and in general about rural and territorial development problems.

The journal desires to maintain an equilibrium between the theoretical, methodological and empirical studies from a plurality of views and perspectives.

In addition to original articles, it include book review and comment on previously published articles, and also reports on the activities of Centro de Estudios sobre la Despoblación y Desarrollo de Áreas Rurales (CEDDAR) and of the others rural development societies and institutions.

Manuscripts may be written in Spanish, English or French.
