BMC Molecular Biology

BMC Molecular Biology

Publisher: BioMed Central

BMC Molecular Biology is an online journal publishing research articles after
full peer review. All articles are published, without barriers to access,
immediately upon acceptance.

BMC Molecular Biology publishes original research articles in all aspects of
DNA and RNA in a cellular context, encompassing investigations of
transcription, mRNA processing, translation, replication, recombination,
mutation, and repair. BMC Molecular Biology (ISSN 1471-2199) is
indexed/tracked/covered by PubMed, MEDLINE, BIOSIS and ISI.

Publication of research articles by BMC Molecular Biology is dependent only
on scientific validity and coherence, as judged by our reviewers.

Subject to reviewers' recommendation, all scientifically valid contributions
will be published on the web without restrictions on length. Papers of
particular interest will be highlighted on the BioMed Central site. Although
the general interest level and perceived importance of articles are not
criteria for acceptance or rejection, we believe that, as a service to our
readers and contributors, it is important to indicate papers of broad or
outstanding interest; this will be assessed by the editors and referees in
the course of peer review.

Archives date back to 2000.
