Current Protocols in Pharmacology, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
contains molecular, cellular, physiological, and chemical techniques to
assist pharmacologisst in the discovery and development of novel drugs and
therapeutics. A subscription, including core manual and quarterly
updates, offers concisely written protocols that guide you through the
process of characterizing new compounds using receptor-binding assays (in
vitro and in isolated tissues), enzyme assays, and signal transduction.
Clear guidelines on data analysis are provided along with representative
data for each protocol illustrating how lead compounds can be quickly
identified. Quarterly updates of about 150 pages each keep the
publication current with the latest developments. A complete chapter is
available for examination at no charge on the interactive online
demonstration. Paid subscriptions, including the core manual and
quarterly updates, are available in Looseleaf, CD-ROM, and as an Intranet
site license.
