The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law

The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law

Description: The mission of the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the
Law is to explore the impact of gender, sexuality, and race on both
the theory and practice of law. The Journal complements a long
tradition of feminist scholarship and advocacy at the Law Center. The
Journal seeks to complement the critical work being done by existing
feminist journals while expanding inquiries into the intersection
between gender, sexuality, and race. To that end, we have developed a
unique publication that integrates cutting-edge scholarship and
practical applications into each issue.
