We are currently installing new doors in the stairwell in Lauinger Library. During this time, visitors will not be able to use landings that are under construction, either to enter that floor or pass through en route to another. We encourage visitors to use the elevators, although the stairwell may still be used to access floors that are not under construction. Landings under construction should only be used in the case of an emergency.

BrowZine Now Available on iPhone
Browse academic journals and save articles on the go with BrowZine for iPhone, now available in the App Store! And if you haven’t already, don’t forget to download BrowZine for your iPad, Android tablet or Kindle Fire.
BrowZine allows you to access more than 14,000 of the scholarly journals Georgetown provides from your iPhone or tablet in an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. Log in with your Georgetown NetID and you’ll be able to browse by title or topic to find journals of interest. Once you’ve found one you like, you can save it to your “bookshelf” for easy access. When new issues of your saved journals come out, you’ll receive a notification.
You can also save individual articles, which will download to your device for offline access. In addition, you can email articles, share them on social media or export them to a variety of other programs.
And now, with BrowZine available for iPhone, you can create an individual BrowZine account that will sync your saved journals and articles across all your devices. In addition, the saved article limit has been increased to 500 articles and Android users will now be able to save up to 64 journals to their “bookshelf.”
To get started using BrowZine, go to the App Store (iPad and iPhone), Google Play (Android tablet) or Amazon (Kindle) and download the app for free. Once it has downloaded, enter your NetID and password and start browsing!
