Hear from Alumni in Politics at Georgetown Writes 2016

On October 6, the Library will host the third Georgetown Writes program, highlighting alumni working in politics. The panelists will discuss their experiences working with some of the nation’s most influential politicians from Senator John McCain to Vice President Joe Biden, as their trusted speechwriters, co-authors, political campaign consultants, and more, offering insight into the nature of modern politics and advice on how to get started in the field.

This year’s panelists are:

Mike Donilon (C’81, L’91), Lawyer and Political Campaign Consultant
Mark Salter (C’81), Author and Speechwriter

and moderator Erik Smulson, Vice President for Public Affairs and Senior Advisor to the President at Georgetown University.
