L. Collier Hyams was an Associate Professor of Digital Art and Multimedia at Georgetown University in Washington DC from 2005 to 2015. He received a MFA in Integrated Electronic Arts emphasizing performance art from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received a MA in weld metal sculpture with traditional fine arts and new media from Northwestern State University.
