Technology & Media Resources
GU-Q Library makes extensive use of technology and multimedia to enhance the information seeking and learning experience for everyone using our services on campus.
The library’s general use PCs and Macs on the ground floor are set up with software suitable to enhance the learning process from the seeking and processing of information to the final production of assignments and reports.
The self-service photocopier equipment is available on the ground and first floor of the library.
Group Study Rooms
Bookable spaces for collaborative learning by groups of 2 or more GU-Q students, faculty or staff.
Bookable specialized rooms with advanced Mac media production workstations. Please note that a training session is required by first time users of these specialist facilities. These rooms are available for GU-Q students, faculty or staff only.
For advanced scanning needs including flatbed scanning and duplex scanning of multiple pages.
The two classrooms are available for instructional use by GU-Q faculty and staff.

Computer Commons Software
The PCs and Macs in the library’s computer commons area offers software for simple editing audio, video and image editing.
A range of simple to use cameras and audio equipment and supporting accessories is available for check-out at the library circulation desk.
Audio Visual Collections
The library has an extensive collection of audio visual materials, including DVDs, online streaming video collections, and online learning resources like Lynda.com
All members of the Georgetown University community can access library resources from off-campus locations.
