Place Items on Blommer Course Reserves

For book reserves (physical books) or electronic reserves (ebooks, book chapters or selected pages, journal articles), please submit the appropriate form from the Reserves information page. For media reserves (streaming video/audio), please submit the form from the Media Reserves information page.

NOTE: For textbooks, faculty typically submit one or more of the desk copies sent to them by the publisher. Please request desk copies so that we may spend the library budget on more specialized resources for the curriculum and your research.

General Information:

  • There is no limit to the number of items you may place on Course Reserves.
  • Requests will be processed in the order received and may take 2 or more days.
  • If a requested item is checked out, it will be recalled. This may take a week or more.
  • If the Library does not own the resource, we will order it.
  • You may place personal copies of books on Course Reserves. Please note that labels will be affixed to the spines and inside back covers of these books.
