Report An E-Resource Problem

What We Do

The Electronic Resources and Serials Unit (ER&S) handles all parts of the serial and electronic resources lifecycle. This includes:

  • Negotiate, license, acquire, and manage access to electronic resources for Lauinger, Blommer, SCS, Woodstock, Bioethics, and GU-Qatar Libraries
  • Acqurie and maintain print serials for Lauinger, SCS, and Woodstock Libraries
  • Receive and process Government Documents (print and electronic)
  • Receive and process microfilm, microfiches, and other resources in a variety of formats
  • Maintain information in the Library Catalog, Journal Finder, and Database A-Z List
  • Troubleshoot problems with Library e-resources
