Scholarship as a Conversation: Using Google Scholar to Trace Citations

Compiling an initial list of authoritative sources can be challenging enough, but what is the next step? This SCS Library webinar focuses on using Google Scholar to explore how sources are part of a broader conversation where ideas are created, debated, and modified within a network of publications that reference each other. Correspondingly, participants will learn how to utilize Google Scholar features to trace citations both backwards and forward in time, while also ensuring that their Settings are configured for their results to contain links to online full text from GU-subscribed content.
