Intro to 3D modeling with TinkerCad : ONLINE WORKSHOP

In this online workshop, we will cover everything you need to know to conceptualize, download, and design useful and creative 3D objects suitable for 3D printing . Topics to be covered include: using thingiverse.com to find models to print; modifying models and creating new designs using TinkerCAD; how to optimize your design for 3D printing.

To get the most out of these workshops, participants should set up accounts on http://thingiverse.com and http://tinkercad.com, and (optionally) install Blender (http://blender.org) in advance of the workshop.
