In conjunction with the Lannan Center for Poetics and Social Practice Spring Symposium April 2 & 3, Lauinger Library showcases the work of the participating authors and artists, whose poetry, photography, film, journalism, and literature interrogate internal and external views of the United States and its various cultures. The Lannan Symposium is free and open to the public and is held annually to bring together artists, journalists, poets and other intellectuals from Georgetown University, the DC Metro area and abroad.
