Ultimaker 3 3D printer
Difficulty:
Moderate

The Ultimaker 3 3D Printer has DUAL EXTRUDERS, which means that it can print with two different kinds of filament at once. We usually use this to print with SOLUBLE SUPPORTS, which dissolve in water. This leads to very smooth prints, even when supports are used.

  • Dual extrusion build volume: up to 197 x 215 x 300 mm (7.8 x 8.5 x 11.8 inches)

  • Up to 20 micron (0.001 inch) layer resolution

  • Up to 280 °C nozzle temperature

  • Open filament system – print with any 2.85 mm material
