A Maker Space is more than just high-tech fabrication; sometimes the best way to make a project flexible and adaptable to organic forms is with textiles.
The Maker Hub is equipped with an easy-to-learn, heavy duty sewing machine for working with a range of fabrics.
We also have a Dorset Manual Loom, knitting supplies, and a LOT of yarn.
- An Orientation Session is required for access to the Maker Hub Sewing Machine and Digital Embroidery Machine.
- Some supplies listed here may be out of stock, and we receive new consumables all the time. Please contact the Maker Hub to confirm supplies, or drop by to see what we have available.
Check out our Workshops and Events page for upcoming Introductory Sessions.
