Graduate students, are you interested in learning more about digital methods and tools for research? Come to the Digital Scholarship Sampler which takes place over Spring Break from March 4 – March 7. From 9:00 am – noon each day, we’ll offer an opportunity to learn more about digital methods.
Each day you will have the opportunity to dig in on one digital method:
Discussing how it can be used in research
Learning to use a tool
Evaluating a project that employed the method
Discussing how you might be able to use the method in your own research.
The schedule of topics will be as follows:
Monday, 3/4: Text Mining
Tuesday, 3/5: Data Visualization
Wednesday, 3/6: Digital Mapping
Thursday, 3/7: Creating Digital Exhibits
You can come to one day only or sign up for all four. Space is limited so sign-up quickly!
