* Library patrons in the Chesapeake Information and Research Library Alliance (CIRLA) must bring a photo ID and a signed direct borrower form from their home institution to the Circulation Desk when registering or renewing privileges. Only CIRLA faculty and graduate students are eligible. Your Special Borrower library card and photo ID are required to circulate items.
