Due to ongoing repairs in Lauinger Library, the temperatures on Floors 5, 4, and in the Pierce Reading Room are currently lower than normal. Users may find more comfortable temperatures on the 3rd Floor outside of the Pierce Reading Room and on Floors 2, 1, and the Lower Level as well as the Bioethics and Blommer Science Libraries.
The Library receives a copy of all files submitted to the Graduate School and creates an entry in the Library Catalog for each thesis and dissertation. Pursuant to the Graduate School's policy that theses are public documents, all theses are freely available through Georgetown's Institutional Repository, unless an author requests and is granted an embargo.

As the author of the work, you will continue to own copyright in your work and grant non-exclusive licenses to ProQuest and Georgetown University.
