Scope

Scope is a creative journal that encourages and showcases thoughtful reflections from medical students through prose, poetry, photography, sculpture, song, and more. Creativity and the ability to express oneself are critical skills in the practice of medicine, but they are often ignored or not prioritized in medical education. The goal of Scope is to put creativity, empathy, and reflection back at the center of curriculum reform in happening both at Georgetown and at medical schools around the country.

Editor-in-chief: John Guzzi; Associate Editors: Christine Papastamelos, Joseph Cramer, Dylan Conroy, Zach Winchester, Johan Clarke, Marielle Mahan
