The Library Associates are a special group of friends of the Library. Join us for events throughout the year, keep up with Library happenings through our newsletter and help the Library expand and preserve its collections in response to rapid changes in information technology.

Join the Library Associates

By becoming a Georgetown University Library Associate today, you will provide for the general needs of the University Library and support the University's Annual Fund. In return, you will receive the following great benefits:

  • At the $100 Friend Level and above: The Library Associates Newsletter, a quarterly publication to keep you up to date on events, new collections of interest, author profiles and more, as well as the Library's monthly electronic newsletter.
  • At the $200 Contributor Level and above: invitations to Associates' events. Famous authors, scholars and political figures stimulate and entertain at Library Associates events held on campus, around the country and around the world. See an archive list of past events and watch videos of past events online.
  • At the $300 Sustainer Level and above: a personalized Georgetown University Library card, giving you book borrowing privileges at Lauinger, Blommer Science, Bioethics, and Woodstock Libraries. 
  • At the $1000 Patron Level and above: invitations to post-event dinners with our speakers.

To become a member of the Georgetown University Library Associates, please print out and remit the membership form to the Office of Advancement. You may also join online (link may take a few moments to load).
