The Murray Room is available to library staff for library-related meetings and events, and university faculty and staff for academic meetings and university-sponsored events. It is not available for use as a classroom or for non-university-related activities.
All requests, scheduling, and arrangements are handled by the Program and Events Coordinator in Library Administration.
All reservations are subject to cancellation based on priority needs.
All users must complete and sign the Authorization Request for Use of Murray Room (PDF) and submit it via fax to (202) 687-7501, email to email@example.com, or campus mail to the Lauinger Library Program and Events Coordinator at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date and no more than 30 days before the meeting date. All reservations are considered tentative until the Program and Events Coordinator provides written confirmation.

The Murray Room is available Monday through Friday only, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
