'Writing for The New Yorker: Remembering Hollywood'
Join the Library Associates, the English Department, the Journalism Program, and GEMA for a conversation between Margaret Talbot, staff writer for 'The New Yorker,' and Georgetown Professor and Critic-in-Residence Maureen Corrigan. Ms. Talbot will discuss her new book, 'The Entertainer: Movies, Magic, and My Father's Twentieth Century,' which tells the thrilling story of the rise of popular culture through the life and career of her father, Lyle Talbot.
