We are currently installing new doors in the stairwell in Lauinger Library. During this time, visitors will not be able to use landings that are under construction, either to enter that floor or pass through en route to another. We encourage visitors to use the elevators, although the stairwell may still be used to access floors that are not under construction. Landings under construction should only be used in the case of an emergency.

Lockers

A limited number of lockers are available in Lauinger Library for Main Campus graduate students who live off-campus.

A refundable $30 key deposit, personal check only, is required. No cash, credit card, or GoCard payment will be accepted.

Lockers are available on a first-come, first-served, basis. Fall 2015 lockers will be available starting at 8:30 AM Wednesday September 16, 2015.

Lockers assignments are for one semester. A renewal form, with a specified due date, will be placed in your locker at the end of each semester. Failure to return either a completed renewal form or key by the due date will result in the forfeiture of your locker assignment and key deposit.

Lockers are not transferable.

Food and drink may not be stored in your locker.

You may keep circulating library materials in your locker if they are properly checked out.

Any noncirculating library materials (periodicals, reference materials, newspapers, etc.) or library materials that have not been checked out will be removed if found in your locker.

The library is not responsible for the loss of personal materials or library materials charged out to you.

For the safety of your materials and personal possessions, the locker door should be locked at all times.
