Linking issues with EBSCO databases

We are aware of linking problems from HoyaSearch to EBSCO databases. This issue is affecting libraries across the world and is not specific to Georgetown. In following a link from HoyaSearch, you may receive an "Item Not Found" screen on an EBSCO website.

If you get this error screen, we recommend:
1. Open up a new tab/window with HoyaSearch;
2. Use the Journal Finder to find the parent journal of the article.
3. The EBSCO links in the journal entry should take you into the EBSCO Publication page for that journal, which will allow you to navigate by year, volume, issue, and page number to the right article.

Links to EBSCO databases (e.g. in the A-Z Databases list) are working normally, so you can also get into the relevant EBSCO database and pull up the article from within EBSCO.

We apologize for this inconvenience. EBSCO is currently investigating the problem. If you have any questions, please email us at eresources@georgetown.edu.
