Mandalorian Foundling Costume

This is a costume from the Star Wars universe. It is from the Mandalorian culture as Foundlings are the children in training to become Mandalorian warriors. Assembling the armor over time is part of the development process and represents a right of passage as the Foundling grows and completes their set of body armor. I created this project because I wanted to design and build an authentic costume worthy of Star Wars for my daughter who is as big and knowledgeable of a fan as I am. What I was most proud of was her reaction and the reaction of the team at the Maker Hub when they saw the completed costume after three months of work.
